We do not ask for identity verification, passports, phone numbers, or residential documents. You provide an email address strictly for recovery and password resets, then settle your order with cryptocurrency.
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept for payment?+
We accept 8 cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USD (USDT), BNB, XRP, USD Coin (USDC), Solana (SOL), and Litecoin (LTC). Exact crypto amounts are calculated from live exchange rates.
When is my server provisioned after payment?+
Your server is provisioned automatically after one blockchain network confirmation. A server record is created with Provisioning status, and your VM is allocated and reported back to your dashboard.
What network ports and IP allocations are included?+
All plans include 1 Gbps port connectivity, one dedicated static IPv4 address, and a routed /64 IPv6 subnet. Outbound bandwidth allowances range from 2 TB to 16 TB per month.
Can I access the server if network connectivity is lost?+
Yes. An out-of-band VNC console is provided in your customer dashboard for out-of-band management, kernel recovery, and direct console access.
How do upfront multi-month terms work?+
You can choose between 1, 6, 12, or 24 month billing terms, billed in full upfront. 6-month terms include a 10% discount, 12-month terms include 20%, and 24-month terms include 30% off the monthly rate.
